Q: What is a Care Team at ReKlame?

At ReKlame, your Care Team is made up of two key people: a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Care Navigator. Your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner makes clinical diagnoses and prescribes medication to provide safe and effective treatment. Your Care Navigator is like your personal healthcare guide. They help you navigate through your journey, from scheduling appointments to connecting you with helpful resources. They're there to make your healthcare experience as easy and stress-free as possible! Your Care Team is here to support you every step of the way on your path to better mental health.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: Do you accept community, state, Medicare, or Medicaid plans?

Not just yet, but we're working on it! We're planning to accept these plans soon. If you'd like, we can add you to our waitlist. Just give us a call at (718) 790-4511 or send an email to hello@reklamehealth.com with your name, phone number, email address, and insurance provider. In the meantime, we have affordable rates for self-pay visits and can guide you on using your HSA or FSA for mental health care.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do. Our Care Team consists of Care Navigators and Medical Billing Specialists who will assist you with understanding your insurance and mental health coverage. We accept the following carriers: Aetna Cigna Empire Bluecross Blueshield Optum Oscar Oxford UnitedHealthcare UMR Harvard Pilgrim WellFleet plans (only certain plans) If your insurance isn't on this list, there are options! We can provide a superbill for out-of-network claims . This could potentially reimburse you 50-80% post-deductible, typically within 4-6 weeks. Utilize your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to manage treatment costs and medication expenses, including possible coverage of insurance premiums.
